Our SEMP programs located in Albany; NY currently has a Full Time 35 -hour (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm). Senior Employment Specialist position available. The Senior Employment Specialist rate of pay is $19.30 per hour. This position will provide assistance to the Director of Supported Employment by providing oversight to a specific area or program such as Precision Care, and ACCES-VR. In addition, this position will provide direct support to individuals in employment services to discover, develop obtain and/or maintain job readiness and employment skills- and just plain having fun while making a difference!

Our Assistant Residential Manager are required to be 18 years of age and we prefer them to have a valid driver’s license, A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards. To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. This includes but is not limited to, Medication Administration, 1st Aid & CPR, Decision Driving, and SCIP-R. At least three years of experience as an Employment Specialist required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services/Business or related field Preferred OR Combination of education and experience, which in the judgment of the agency, is equivalent to these standards. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
