Receptionist

WWAARC currently has a Per Diem Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Receptionist position available. This position is at our Administrative Office located at 436 Quaker Rd. Queensbury, NY.

Want to be a WWAARC Receptionist and join our Team? The WWAARC Receptionist must be positive, helpful, and respectful. You will be the ‘face’ of the agency when interacting with employees and the public. You must be 18 Years of age and have valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards. A High School Diploma or equivalent required. We prefer the Receptionist to have one year of prior experience working in an office setting(s), answering phones, and greeting public. To be successful the Receptionist needs to have strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel), typing and word processing are essential.
