Our Buildings & Grounds Department has a Full Time 40-hour Buildings & Grounds Technician III position available. The Buildings & Grounds Technician III works Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. This position will provide advance maintenance that will include plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. This is based out of our Slingerlands, NY location.

Want to be a WWAARC Building & Grounds Technician III and join our Team? Our Building & Grounds Technician III must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. Two years of experience in buildings or grounds maintenance is required. Must have a strong background in at least one of the following areas: plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, basic electrical, building and equipment repair, or grounds maintenance. Physical requirements: Job is a manual labor position, and employee is required to stand, lift, kneel and bend regularly throughout the day, both indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. Employee must be able to regularly lift 50-75 pounds with or without accommodation.
