Assistant Residential Manager

One of our residential programs located in Queensbury, NY currently has a Full Time 40 -hour (Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm). Assistant Residential Manager position available. The Assistant Residential Manager rate of pay is $17.50 per hour. Should you be interested – overtime is available. Assistant Residential Manager support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. This can include but is not limited to assisting the people with getting ready for the day or going to bed, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community – and just plain having fun while making a difference!

Want to be a WWAARC Assistant Residential Manager and join our Team? Our Assistant Residential Manager are required to be 18 years of age and we prefer them to have a valid driver’s license, and High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Associates Degree in a Human Service-related field with 9 months of experiences with the ID/DD population preferred. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion to ensure employee compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies and procedures and consumer total plans of care.
