Supported employees provided by WWAARC have a Job Coach to help the new hire get acquainted at work and learn the job. Support from the Job Coach is flexible to meet the needs of the individual and the employer. A Job Coach will visit the work site a minimum of two times per month (or more if necessary) to ensure that the employee is working up to your standard.
