The WWAARC Foundation

The WWAARC Foundation was incorporated in 1993.  The board was established to support the unfunded and under-funded programs and services we offer through donor contributions.  Cultural, educational and recreational opportunities are inadequately or completely unsupported by existing funding sources.  Consequently, the money to support these activities which greatly enhance the life experience of the people we serve comes through grants provided by the WWAARC Foundation Grant Program.  Supporting this program are contributions raised throughout the year on behalf of our Annual Fund and special events such as the Annual Fall Gala, the Annual Charity Golf Tournament, and the 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser.  Your gift to this important general fund will be used to enrich and improve the opportunities, experiences and lives of the people we serve in a variety of ways.

Our Vision

"To secure a future where individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities can realize their fullest potential."

Since 1999, the WWAARC Foundation has been financially supporting unfunded and under-funded programs and services of WWAARC through a variety of fundraising efforts.  For further information on events such as our Golf Tournament, Annual Fall Gala and 5K walk/run, please visit the WWAARC News and Events Page.

Our Mission

WWAARC Foundation's mission is to raise, invest and grant funds to directly support the programs, services and program participants of WWAARC.  To this end, the Foundation will commit funds that will directly improve the lives of program participants and support WWAARC's mission to enable individuals to realize their fullest potential in their homes, work places and communities.
