Crossroads Industries, Crossroads Mailing and More…

Crossroads Industries is a full-service contract manufacturing, assembly and bulk mailing business which employs over 125 individuals, including many with developmental disabilities. Crossroads Industries has been serving the needs of Capital Region businesses for over 25 years.

Our Albany production facility consists of a 10,500 square foot assembly and production area with an additional 10,000 square feet of warehouse space. The facility is serviced by two loading bays capable of accommodating several trailers. We are proficient with U.S. Postal procedures for all classes of mailings and can coordinate with private shippers such as FedEx, UPS, etc. We have years of experience with the packaging of various products and have been a preferred source for such manufacturers as Scott Paper, Kimberly Clark and Irving Tissue. Contract partners have included MapInfo, TransWestern Publishing, Sampling Corporation of America, General Electric, New York State Law Examiners, the State of New York, SOFCO, Inc. and SYSCO Food Services. We are an accredited and affiliated agency for SourceAmerica, the U.S. Government portal for contracts with suppliers.

The talents and abilities of our workforce are second to none. For years, companies across the region have benefited by the exceptional quality service and price offered by Crossroads to meet their manufacturing, packaging and mailing needs.  The unexpected additional benefit our customers receive is the fulfilment of knowing that every order placed with Crossroads is enriching the life of somebody with a developmental disability. If you choose Crossroads Industries to meet your needs, you too will understand what that means to your company and your workforce.

Crossroads Industries provided my company, Our Towne Marketing & Consulting, LLC., with mail preparation services for the past 5 years. The commitment to quality and professionalism was impressive. The cost was competitive, the service was reliable and of excellent quality. The best part about working with Crossroads Industries is the feelings that I have knowing that I am giving adults, with severe disabilities, a job. A purpose. A paycheck. The environment is extremely professional and regulated. Production quality is monitored and quality is regulated. I could not be happier with the individuals who prepared my magazine for delivery and the WWARC professionals who provided my business with an excellent service and quality. I would recommend them to anyone who has appropriate work. Your heart will fill with pride and joy when you see the pride that these individuals have when working on your project." ~ Jennifer Felts
